Brickman® Wonders Of The World, a LEGO® Brick Exhibition is landing at The Annexe, Science Centre Singapore from 25 March – 3 July 2022 with more than 50 jaw-dropping masterpieces of the world’s most iconic landmarks, visitors get to travel the world with no passport required!

Great Pyramid of Giza (28,259 bricks/71hrs)

The great Pyramid has been described as humankind's most colossal construction. Build for the most powerful ruler of Egypt's Old kingdom: Pharaoh Khufu (Known as Cheops, in greek), it took over 20 years and 100,000 men to build. Approximately 2.7 million stone blocks were used, hewn by little more than copper hand tools. Riddled with intricate passages, chambers, and compartments, the pyramid displays incredibly skilled and detailed masonry work. In the centre lays the king's chamber, lined by huge granite slabs and contains the remains of Khufu's sarcophagus, a fractured mass of red stone that is said to ring like a bell when struck.

Completed 1927 - 1941. Place - Black Hills, south western south Dakota, USA. US Presidents Washington, Jefferson, Rooseveit and Lincoin were carved into Mount Rushmore by American father and son sculptors Gutzon and Lincoin Borglum (and hundreds of workers, armed with dynamite, jackhammers, and drills) symbolised the first 150 years of American history

Golden Gate Bridge (27,268 bricks/125hrs)

Completed 1933 - 1937. Place - San Francisco, USA. The need for a bridge between San Francisco and Marin Country had been debated for at least 50yrs before chief engineer Joseph B. Strauss oversaw the build of architect irving Morrow's art deco design in 1933. At almost a mile long, it was the longest bridge in the world for 30yrs. During the Great depression, the valued work was open to anyone physically capable of the job, including farmers, taxi drivers, clerks, and construction workers.

CN Tower in Canada! This exhibit is the tallest of the lot, standing at a towering height of 3.6 metres! The actual building was the ‘World’s Tallest Free-standing Structure’ for over three decades, and remains the tallest in the Western Hemisphere till date, providing visitors a view of the Niagara Falls on a clear day.

After the 1st World War, fearing an advancing tide of godlessness and to reclaim Rio de Janeiro for Christianity, the catholic Archdiocese and people of Brazil's capital city, Rio de Janeiro, proposed a large Christian statue be built.
